He was born in 1954. He graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1983. He has attended various training courses on the Administration of the Public Prosecution; Functioning and Organization of courts in Belgium, the United States of America and France.
He has served on different positions including the following: Assistant Public Prosecutor, Secretary General to the Ministry of Justice, First Prosecuting Attorney to the Supreme Court, Vice-President to the Supreme Court and President of the Council of State. He was appointed Supreme Court Judge in 2003.
