She was born on 16th August 1963. She has a Bachelor’s degree in law. She served on different positions that include being Legal Advisor to the “Société de Transport Internationaux au Rwanda (STIR)”, Legal Advisor to “Caisse d’Epargne du Rwanda (CER)”, Director of Administration and Finance and Director of Legal Affairs and Human Rights in the Prime Minister’s Office, Vice-President of the Supreme Court and President of the Court of Auditors, and Vice-President of the High Court of the Republic. She was appointed Judge to the Supreme Court in July 2009.
She has also been Director of Board of Directors to the Social Security Fund of Rwanda (CSR), Member of the Committee of Conflict Resolution to the Association for Social, Economic and Cultural Development of PRO-FEMME/TWESE HAMWE, Director of Board of SERUKA Asbl (Association for Women, Social, Economic and Political Development).
