She was born in 1956. She graduated in law in 1989. She attended a lot of in-service training on Family Planning, Rural Development, Women’s Enterprise, Child and Woman’s Rights, Human Rights, Fight Against Road Accidents, Planning and Execution of Development Projects, Violence Against Women during the Genocide and the Process of Tracking the Suspects of Genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) and Gacaca Courts.
She has served on many posts: Coordinator to the Centre of Development and Training, Coordinator of Training Courses on Healthy Diet, Lawyer to the Social Security Fund of Rwanda, Independent Lawyer, and LIPRODHOR’s Observer on genocide cases. She was appointed Supreme Court’s Judge on 13th October 2000.
