This Unit is headed by a Director:

Duties of the Director of Finance Unit:

• To approve the exactness of the budget engagements;

• To approve the exactness of the payments accountants;

• To assure the delay respect in financial tattlings;

• To Initiate the measures aiming the good management of the public funds in the courses and courts;

• To aarticipate and collaborate with the planning service in the elaboration of the annual budget of the Courses and Courts;

• To assure followed it by the management of the bank accounts, the production of the reports accountants and of management of the credits, the preparation of the engagements of the expenditures and their payments;

• To organize the process of elaboration of the annual budget of the Courts and Tribunals;

• To collaborate narrowly with the pool of experts in planning in the process of elaboration of the annual budget;

• To assure the supervision and followed it by the budget execution;

• To assure the coordination, the check, the evaluation and the execution of the department’s tasks.
