A handover ceremony was held at the Supreme Court Headquarters, marking the official transition of leadership from the outgoing Chief Justice, Dr. Faustin NTEZILYAYO, to the incoming Chief Justice, Hon. Domitilla MUKANTAGANZWA. The event was attended by judicial personnel and other dignitaries.

In his address, Dr. NTEZILYAYO extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. MUKANTAGANZWA and highlighted the judiciary's critical role in ensuring justice and upholding the rule of law for all Rwandan citizens.

Hon. MUKANTAGANZWA expressed profound gratitude to the outgoing Chief Justice for his leadership, wisdom, and professionalism over the past five years. She called on all judicial personnel to continue working with dedication and pledged to build on the strong foundation established by her predecessors.
